a child passed away today and i made nick promise to snuggle nolan a little bit extra for me.
i drove home from work and listened to some of my favorite songs. as i drove by a large flag at half mass i listened to peter gabriel's book of love. my eyes welt up and i am grateful my son and husband are home and safe in their beds.
i love my family and the quiet peace they bring me.
